Dr. Sandeep Vijan, MD, MBA, CPE, FACS

Dr. Vijan brings more than 20 years of medical and leadership experience to the field of aesthetic medicine and wellness. As a Mayo Clinic trained, board-certified General Surgeon, he is well known for pioneering advancements in robot-assisted and minimally invasive surgery.
In his role as Chief Medical Officer at Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center, Dr. Vijan leads efforts in patient safety, quality care, and the integration of cutting-edge medical technology.
At Aspen Med Spa, he ensures every procedure meets the highest standards of clinical oversight and safety—delivering beautiful, effective, and ethically guided outcomes. He has always had an interest in aesthetics, now, that has become a passion!

April Vijan, MSN, RN, CIC
With over 20 years of nursing experience, April Vijan brings a unique blend of surgical precision, clinical leadership, and artistic sensibility to every client experience. Her early career in surgical nursing laid a foundation in patient care and attention to detail, followed by specialization in infection control—earning her CIC certification and a Master’s in Nursing.
For the past decade, April has focused on aesthetic medicine, offering treatments that anti-aging skincare, neurotoxin/filler/bio-stimulator injectables, and regenerative medicine with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), medical device treatments - Scarlet/Agnes RF microneedling and Nouvaderm laser skin resurfacing. Her approach is rooted in natural, personalized enhancements, delivered with warmth, skill, and integrity.
Away from the clinic, April finds balance at her family ranch—grounded in nature, hard work, and the values that inspire her approach to care.
